The last 2 years haven't been easy for any of us. In varying degrees all of us have felt the pain of the pandemic - either through personal and career setbacks to personal losses we have had to endure.
It was during this time last year that Zoe Connect began its operations. Janet Joy, our counselor from Day 1 has been working hard despite having a toddler at home and all the anxieties of having enough experience to adequately help people. Week after week she kept at it. And today sees an average of 3 people for therapy.
Alish our fitness coach has been undergoing his CrossFit level 1 training. And is on his way to being certified. Working out in parks, at home through home videos, putting out WODs on whatsapp and instagram, this go-getter is on his way.
We are blessed to have such great coaches who show up everyday to give their best to the people they are passionate to serve.
They are testament to the fact that the slump you maybe experiencing doesn't have to define you. You are more than that. It's time to get fit for life.
Cheering you on
Team Zoe
