ISN’T COUNSELING THERAPY FOR THE MENTALLY ILL? OR FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNSTABLE?
Not at all. Counseling Therapy is engaging the help of a therapist to hear you out and bring clarity to a variety of life circumstances that maybe too much for you to handle in the present. It is for everyone. Using various Counseling techniques, the therapist will work with you to set and accomplish your own personal goals. So that nothing holds you back from being your best.
CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?
Yes. You’re first session with our therapist is free. At which point, our Counselor will work with you to help you understand what issues to focus on. If you wish to continue, you will be sent an intake form to help the therapist more fully understand who you are and the journey you’ve been on.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
To see our fees, please check out the pricing plan section in the menu. You can go ahead and book your first session online.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY WITH REGARD TO PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY?
We take confidentiality very seriously here at ZoeFit. Our counselors exercise extreme caution with regard to information storage and sharing. Information will be shared only with the express consent of the counselee or if the counselor feels there is immediate danger to either the counselee's life or someone related to them.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
You can do that either through the "Book Online" Section or through the "Plans & Pricing" Section. You can choose a one-time session as well by choosing "Counseling & Therapy (Single Session)" from the "Book Online" Page.
