WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?

Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings not only inside the gym but outside as well.

GYM IN SUSHANT GOLF CITY, LUCKNOW

On December 12, 2021, we opened out first gym in Shopping Square, Golf City - dedicated to functional training.

AFFORDABLE RATES

We recognise the need of fitness to be both practical as well as affordable. That's why we take time to curate our rates to make it possible for everyone, no matter how old, to make use of the fitness training. We have athletes as young as 8 years to clients in their 50s. There's something for everyone.
